“…As displayed in Figure 4b, the typical D-band (1345 cm −1 ) and G-band peaks (1590 cm −1 ) of the carbon material are clearly observed for all samples, and their peak intensity ratio (I D /I G ) presents a gradually increasing trend from 0.87 to 1.06 with increasing calcination temperature from 600 to 800 °C, manifesting the growth of graphite nanocrystals and enhancing the disordered degree of carbon with increasing calcination temperature. 30 However, I D /I G reduces to 0.99 when the calcination temperature reaches 900 °C, revealing the formation of ordered graphitic carbon. Hence, it can be inferred that the calcination temperature is conductive to tune the carbon structure, which will affect its electrical conductivity and dielectric loss capacity.…”
