Abstract:Background: While long-lasting marriages are lauded for their positive impact on well-being, the reality is that 44% of couples globally face the challenge of divorce. This study addresses the crucial role of psycho-social interventions in alleviating severe depression arising from marital conflict.
Methods: Our comprehensive approach, combining subjective analysis, BDI-II, and Mental Status Examination, guides a structured intervention with rapport building, psycho-education, and tailored strategies.
