Abstract:Introduction and objective. The deficiency of the Lysosomal acid lipase (LAL) activity has been related to cirrhosis due to non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Many of the cirrhosis classified as cryptogenic are the evolution of liver disease due to fatty liver.
