Bahasa Hukum Qanun Jinayat Aceh: Teks Lama untuk Konteks Baru

Abstract: This paper begins with the problem of differences in public perception and law enforcement in enforcing the Qanun Jinayat. The main question to be answered is how to understand the legal language of the Qanun in the concept of the relationship between the text and the legal context?
