BAF45D knockdown decreases cell viability, inhibits colony formation, induces cell apoptosis and S-phase arrest in human pancreatic cancer cells

Abstract: Pancreatic cancer, an extremely aggressive malignancy, is resistant to chemo- or radiotherapy. The rapid progression of pancreatic cancer without distinctive clinical sign makes early diagnosing and/or treating very difficult.
