“…En el caso del NPV de B. mori se estudiaron dos líneas celulares con diferente susceptibilidad comparando su proteoma y se determinó la expresión diferencial de dos proteínas, la beta-N-acetilglucosaminidasa y la aminoacilasa, que presentaron mayores niveles de expresión en la línea resistente (Liu et al, 2010) En otro estudio realizado por Popham et al (2010) también se demostró la hipótesis de que la infección por diferentes baculovirus influencia la expresión de proteínas celulares. Estos autores evaluaron tres sistemas: hospederos permisivos, semi-permisivos y no permisivos y observaron el aumento o reducción de la expresión de proteínas del hospedero dependiendo de su susceptibilidad.…”
