Bacterial Fabricated Ultrasonic Sterilization of Culture Media

Abstract: The study aimed to determine the effect of the fabricated ultrasonic device in sterilizing culture media and inactivating Escherichia coli. The study was conducted using a randomized experimental design. Thioglycollate broth applied with sonic frequencies at 50,80, and 126 kHz for 15 minutes shows the variability of absorbance readings.
