Bacterial diversity in surface sediments from the Pacific Arctic Ocean

Abstract: In order to assess bacterial diversity within four surface sediment samples (0-5 cm) collected from the Pacific Arctic Ocean, 16S ribosomal DNA clone library analysis was performed.
