Bacterial Communities in the Alpaca Gastrointestinal Tract Vary With Diet and Body Site

Abstract: Gut -associated microbes (‘gut microbiota’) impact the nutrition of their hosts, especially in ruminants and pseudoruminants that consume high-cellulose diets.
