Abstract:Introduction: Baclofen is a centrally-acting skeletal muscle relaxant used to control spasticity and pain in humans. In an overdose situation, the onset of clinical signs, such as vocalization, vomiting, ataxia, disorientation, salivation, coma, weakness, recumbency, and seizures, is usually noticed.
