Solid Variant of Aneurysmal Bone Cysts in Long Tubular Bones: Giant Cell Reparative Granuloma

Abstract: Solid aneurysmal bone cyst is a reactive nonneoplastic bone lesion with varied imaging characteristics; one third of lesions are nonaneurysmal.
