Variability in Transfusion Practice for Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery Persists Despite National Consensus Guidelines 

Abstract: Institutions continue to vary significantly in their transfusion practices for CABG surgery. A more rational and conservative approach to transfusion practice at the institutional level is warranted.
