$b$-hadron spectroscopy study based on the similarity of double bottom baryon and bottom meson

Bing Chen,
Si-Qiang Luo,
Ke-Wei Wei
et al.

Abstract: The dynamical similarity which exists between the λ-mode excited bbq baryons (q refers to the u, d, and s quarks) and the bq mesons inspired us to carry out a combined study of their spectroscopy. In this work, the masses and strong decays of these low-lying b q and bbq states are studied by the same theoretical methods, and the dynamical similarity which is implied in their mass spectra and strong decays are also discussed. The recent discovered bq states, including the B J (5840), B J (5970), B sJ (6064), an… Show more

“…Based on Eqs. (33)(34), the two B sJ (6064) and B sJ (6114) mesons may take part in forming the two D-wave doublets (1 − , 2 − ) and (2 − , 3 − ) [206]. If this is the case, their quantum numbers should be J P = 1 − and 3 − , and there might be two B s2 mesons still missing.…”

“…There is also ambiguity for recently observed strange bottom meson states B sJ (6064) and B sJ (6114). Bing Chen et al [39] studied the states B sJ (6064) and B sJ (6114) with a non-relativistic quark potential model and suggested to be D-wave states. Theoretically studies for these states are limited for-now which indicates it needs more attentions.…”
