Az energiaárak támogatása Magyarországon – egy egyszerű modell

Abstract

HORVÁTH GÁBOR-KOTEK PÉTER-SIMONOVITS ANDRÁS-TAKÁCSNÉ TÓTH BORBÁLA Az energiaárak támogatása Magyarországon -egy egyszerű modell E tanulmányban a magyar háztartási gázárak 2022 augusztusában bevezetett támogatási rendszerét modellezzük. Egyrészt leírjuk az akkor bevezetett rendszert, majd különféle feltevésekkel élve alternatív támogatási rendszereket hasonlítunk össze. Részletes modell alapján megbecsüljük a lakossági gázár szabályo zásában történt változás várható hatását a földgázfogyasztásra és annak jóléti hatását. Majd ezt a reformot három alternatív szabályozással hasonlítjuk össze: 1. a jólét maximalizálása adott támogatási teher mellett, 2. a maximális fogyasztáscsökkentés a megvalósult jólét megtartása mellett, valamint 3. a minimális támogatási igény a megvalósult jólét megtartása mellett. Eredményeink finomításra szorulnak, például a társadalmi jóléti függvény módosításra szorul. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: D12, D63, Q48.
