Abstract:Bioactives such as Curcumin and Quercetin and herbs such as “Tulsi”/ Holy basil [_Occimum sanctum_ L.] can provide relief from Adverse drug reaction [ADR] caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients. About 50% patients face moderate ADR issues such as nausea, vomiting, headache, and fewer [20-30%] serious ones [hair loss, loss of fertility and immunity].
