“…To be able to implement these networks of solidarity and support for the victims of abuse, it is necessary to have an adequate allocation of funds from the government (maybe using part of the assets seized from the convicted perpetrators of the abuse), otherwise the law, even though excellent, risks becoming meaningless, representing nothing more than a declaration of intent.
