Avaliação dos atrasos em transporte aéreo com um modelo DEA

Abstract: Atrasos em voos sempre foram um dos problemas do transporte aéreo. A proposta deste artigo é criticar o atual sistema de medida de atrasos e propor um novo índice que agregue os atrasos de partida e chegada num único indicador. Esse índice faz uma avaliação gradual de atrasos em vez de impor limites para um voo ser pontual ou atrasado.
