Avaliação do tratamento de miíases em cães através da utilização do nitenpyram

Abstract: ResumoAs miíases são um importante fator complicante das lesões cutâneas, e por apresentarem elevada incidência no estado do Rio de Janeiro objetivou-se testar uma nova droga no tratamento desta parasitose. O nitenpyram, droga utilizada como adulticida para pulgas, foi administrado a 27 cães que apresentavam miíases, com diferentes graus de parasitismo e fases larvares.
