Avaliação do teor de isoflavonas de "suplementos nutricionais à base de soja"

Abstract: Devido aos possíveis efeitos benéficos, diversos produtos à base de soja (gérmen, extrato), na forma de cápsulas ou comprimidos, surgiram recentemente no mercado como fontes de isoflavonas.
