Abstract:Neste estudo foi avaliado o efeito de quatro formulações dietéticas ricas em fibra solúvel na redução de colesterol sangüíneo em ratos. As formulações foram preparadas com farinha de soja desengordurada, farelo de aveia, cebola desidratada, fibra de soja, condimentos e aromas.
