Avaliação da qualidade de vida em pacientes com disfagia neurogênica

Abstract: RESUMO: Objetivo: avaliar a qualidade de vida de pacientes com Acidente Vascular Encefálico e disfagia neurogênica. Métodos: estudo quantitativo, do tipo transversal, descritivo, realizado no Setor de Neurologia de um Hospital de Ensino, em Curitiba- Paraná. Gaspar et al aimed to evaluate the quality of life in patients with neurogenic dysphagia and during the evaluation, verified the presence of a nasogastric tube in nine patients affected by stroke, with the prerogative of the presence of dysphagia constituting one of the main causes of alternative feeding pathway use (10) .
