Availability of macronutrients in lyophilized human milk used to supply the nutritional needs of preterm newborns

Abstract: Human Milk (HM) is the optimal source of nutrition for preterm newborns (PTNBs). Still, adapting the appropriate nutrient supply for these babies is a major challenge.
