Abstract: The ligand [3H]dihydrotetrabenazine ([3H]TBZOH), a tri-tiated derivative of the monoamine depleting agent tetrabena-zine, has been reported to bind specifically to the transporter present on the membrane of monoaminergic synaptic vesicles.
