Autophagic Dysfunction in Neurodegeneration

Abstract: Autophagy is a normal physiological process characterized by the degradation of complex cellular contents into a simpler one and reutilized them in biosynthetic pathways. Lysosomes are the cell organelle that participates in the process of autophagy.
