Autonomous operations in extreme environments: the AMICA case

Abstract: An autonomous observatory is being installed at Dome C in Antarctica. It will be constituted by the International Robotic Antarctic Infrared Telescope (IRAIT) and the Antarctic Multiband Infrared CAmera (AMICA).
