Nas últimas décadas, a indústria automobilística vem experimentando diversas e significativas mudanças. A Indústria 4.0 surge neste contexto aspirando a um alto nível de conectividade ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida do produto, exigindo cada vez mais tecnologias de controles de dados, permitindo o desenvolvimento da manutenção preditiva. O presente trabalho focaliza na abordagem da manutenção preditiva estatística, através da análise de logs de falhas de um grupo específico e semelhante de máquinas, tendo como objetivo o desenvolvimento de um modelo preditivo de quebras. A abordagem de aprendizado de máquina foi escolhida devido à sua capacidade de previsão de variáveis-saída a partir de dados históricos como entrada. Nossos dados foram coletados ao longo de vários anos de 400 robôs de um grande fabricante desses tipos de braços robotizados. Por fim foi obtida uma configuração final do modelo através da aplicação de uma rede neural artificial.

With the development of electronic technology, the application of electronic control system (CS) in automobile is more and more, especially the dynamic CS. As a typical dynamic CS, ESC not only plays a key role in the field of active safety, but also is the key executive layer of intelligent driving system. Vehicle state parameters are the basis of ESC control and have a direct impact on the intervention effect of ESC related functions. From the cost of engineering application, a considerable part of the state parameters can not be directly measured by sensors. Therefore, the real-time and accurate estimation of state parameters becomes the key to limit the industrial application of ESC. At present, the key technology has not been mastered in the research and industrial application of ESC control in China, which makes the developed ESC products difficult to meet the needs of industrialization. This paper mainly studies the automotive engineering(AE) CS. Through the analysis of the ESC dynamics CS, we can understand the functional modules of the dynamics CS, and elaborate the control scheme of the ESC dynamics CS. We also study the vehicle yaw rate algorithm and analyze the vehicle yaw steering wheel angle and speed by chart analysis method. The experimental results show that the natural frequency of vehicle yaw is generally between 0.5Hz and 0.7hz. Compared with the single sinusoidal input test, the steering wheel angle required to excite the vehicle yaw rate response is smaller in the sinusoidal stagnation test. At 0.5Hz, the sinusoidal stagnation test needs to swing 130 degrees, while the single sinusoidal input test needs to swing 200 degrees.

As the vehicles are gradually transformed into the connected-vehicles, standard features of the past (i.e. immobilizer, keyless entry, self-diagnostics) were neglected to be software updated and hardware upgraded so they do not "align" with the cyber-security demands of the new ICT era (IoT, Industry 4.0, IPv6, sensor technology) we have stepped into, therefore introducing critical legacy IT security issues. Stepping beyond the era of common autotheft and "chop-shops", the new wave of attackers have cyber-skills to exploit these vulnerabilities and steal the vehicle or manipulate it. Recent evolution in ICT offered automotive industry vital tools for vehicle safety, functionality and up to 2010, theft prevention. However, the same technologies are the ones that make vehicles prone to cyber-attacks. To counter such attacks, this work proposes a unified solution that logs all hardware profile changes of a vehicle in a blockchain, to manage control and allow only authenticated changes, subject to user, time, geospatial and contextual constraints exploiting several blockchain features. Testing of the proposed solution omens the prevention of numerous commons attacks, while additionally provides forensics capabilities and significantly enhancing the security architecture of the vehicle (respecting the original IT architectural design of automotive manufacturers).
