Automatische und manuelle Hydroxyprolinbestimmung im Urin — Vergleich von drei Methoden

Abstract: Eine manuelle und eine mechanisierte Hydioxyprolinbestimmungsmethode werden mit der manuellen Referenzmethode verglichen und auf ihre Brauchbarkeit im klinisch-chemischen Routinelabor überprüft. Beide Methoden erweisen sich als ausreichend spezifisch und für das Routinelabor geeignet. Normalbereich und Vertraüensbereich für die Hydroxyprplinausscheidung sowie die Schwankungsbreite der Ausscheidung an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen werden ermittelt.
