Automation of Cranial Nerve Tractography by Filtering Tractograms for Skull Base Surgery

Abstract: Fiber tractography enables the in vivo reconstruction of white matter fibers in 3 dimensions using data collected by diffusion tensor imaging, thereby helping to understand functional neuroanatomy.
