Abstract: Multiple myeloma is a heterogeneous bone marrow cancer. Assessment of changes in mean apparent diffusion coefficient (ADCmean) is helpful for evaluating treatment response but has not been feasible for the whole skeleton due to the time-consuming nature of manual segmentation.
