Automated TUNEL assay on tissue sections via robotics

Abstract: The manual TUNEL (terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end-labeling) method for detecting deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) fragmentation during apoptosis is widely used to determine cell death in tissue sections.
