Abstract: Human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs)-derived neurons offer a valuable platform for studying neurological disorders in a patient-specific manner. These neurons can be rapidly differentiated into excitatory neuronal networks, whose activity is measurable using multi-electrode arrays (MEAs).
