Abstract:Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs) present significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges due to their heterogeneity and complex nature as a subtype of pancreatic cancer. The treatment approach varies considerably based on the tumor's location, grading, and focality.
