Autologous augmentation gluteoplasty with a dermal fat flap

Abstract: Autologous dermal flap gluteal augmentation is a versatile technique that addresses both buttock ptosis and volume deficit. Drawbacks include an extended incision line that, however, is easily concealed by underwear or a bikini.
