Abstract:Insulin autoimmune syndrome and type B insulin resistance are rare causes of autoimmune hypoglycaemia. Insulin autoimmune syndrome is due to autoantibodies against endogenous insulin, and typically presents with episodes of postprandial hyperinsulinaemic hypoglycaemia.
