Abstract: Background. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) associated with solid tumors such as mature cystic teratomas is rare and poorly understood. Here, we report a successfully treated case of secondary AIHA in a mature cystic teratoma containing antibodies against red blood cells. Case description.
