Abstract:A 68-year-old man with malignant metastatic melanoma in complete remission after Pembrolizumab treatment, developed 10 months after Pembrolizumab cessation due a grade 3 diarrhea, confusion, altered mental status, progressive memory loss, gait disturbance.
