Autoimmune Autonomic Ganglionopathy Presenting as Constipation

Abstract: Autoimmune autonomic ganglionopathy (AAG) is a rare post-ganglionic disorder that causes a range of symptoms, often including gastrointestinal disorders. Patients may be seropositive or seronegative for antibodies against the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor.
