Autoimmune and rheumatic manifestations and antinuclear antibody study in HIV‐infected Thai patients

Abstract: Autoimmune and rheumatic manifestations were not uncommonly detected in patients with HIV infection. HIV infection may sometimes mimic systemic lupus erythematosus clinically.
