Autoantibodies to IgG/HLA class II complexes are associated with rheumatoid arthritis susceptibility

Abstract: Specific HLA class II alleles are strongly associated with susceptibility to rheumatoid arthritis (RA); however, how HLA class II regulates susceptibility to RA has remained unclear.
