Autoantibodies in Celiac Disease: Importance of Fibroblasts

Abstract: Wharton's jelly-derived fibroblast autoantibodies tested in a novel whole-cell enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay correlated well with the human umbilical cord but not with gliadin antibodies.
