We discuss the luminescence spectra of coupled light-matter systems realized with semiconductor heterostructures in microcavities in the presence of a continuous, incoherent pumping, when the matter field is Fermionic. The linear regime-which has been the main topic of investigation both experimentally and theoretically-converges to the case of coupling to a Bosonic material field, and has been amply discussed in the first part of this work. We address here the nonlinear regime, and argue that, counter to intuition, it is better observed at low pumping intensities. We support our discussion with particular cases representative of, and beyond, the experimental state of the art. We explore the transition from the quantum to the classical regime, by decomposing the total spectrum into individual transitions between the dressed states of the light-matter coupling Hamiltonian, reducing the problem to the positions and broadenings of all possible transitions. As the system crosses to the classical limit, rich multiplet structures mapping the quantized energy levels melt and turn to cavity lasing and to an incoherent Mollow triplet in the direct exciton emission for very good structure. Less ideal figures of merit can still betray the quantum regime, with a proper balance of cavity versus electronic pumping.

Semiconductor microcavities have great potential for quantum information science, quantum optics, and quantum sensing. Researchers designing devices based on these microcavities could benefit from having accurate figures of merit to guide their design and enhance the entanglement latency and strength of their devices. This article presents a closed formula for computing the exciton-photon concurrence in semiconductor microcavities. The formula is tailored for the ultralow density limit of both excitons and photons, allowing a better understanding of the entanglement properties in this regime.The closed formula allows for accurate and easy quantification of the exciton-photon coupling strength in terms of the parameters of the system like the couplings, frequencies, and linewidths, which has applications in quantum optics and quantum information science. The presented formulas can be used in rational microcavity design for various applications, such as single-photon sources, quantum light sources, and optoelectronic devices. This contributes to the systematic design and control of entanglement properties of quantum devices tailored for specific tasks in quantum information science, quantum optics, and quantum sensing.In summary, this work represents a valuable contribution to both practical applications and fundamental research in the fields of nanostructures, quantum optics, and quantum information science.

Using the master equation approach, we investigate the stationary regime of a single-emitter laser: an incoherently pumped single two-level system interacting with a single cavity mode of finite finesse. We analyze the closed equation for the phase-averaged Glauber-Sudarshan P function and obtain its approximate solution. This solution has some advantages over the previously results. In particular it manifests conversion from the Gauss-type distribution to the oscillating quasi-probability when transition from the weak to the strong coupling regime takes place.
