Abstract: We thank Dr Nurullah Akkoc for his interest in our work and his careful reading of the manuscript, which highlights a misprint in the Results section concerning the age-standardized spondyloarthropathy (SpA) prevalence in women (1). The true standardized rate for women for SpA is 0.40% [95% confidence interval (CI) 0.21-0.66].
