Abstract:This study examines the influence of government policies on the service quality and tourist satisfaction of homestays in Quanzhou, China, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Results indicate positive perceptions of government efforts in maintaining homestay authenticity and ensuring safety, significantly affecting tourist satisfaction.
