Abstract. The alignment and adaptation of business processes with organizational strategies require a high level of effort affecting several businesses. This is caused by the low level of flexibility in information systems to changes in business requirements. Another problem encountered in organizations is the diversity of data formats that are related to financial information, since these are stored in heterogeneous computer systems. An adaptive and structured IT environment can influence the improvment of flexibility and adaptability of business processes, including information systems. Based on this context and with a view to solving these problems, we propose in this paper a model of SOA (service-oriented architecture) deployment and integration with XBRL. This work is expected to contribute to the ease of adaptation of information systems to business changes and improvements in the quality and reliability of financial reporting issues.

Externally provisioned cloud services enable flexible and on-demand sourcing of IT resources. Cloud computing introduces new challenges such as need of business process redefinition, establishment of specialized governance and management, organizational structures and relationships with external providers and managing new types of risk arising from dependency on external providers. There is a general consensus that cloud computing in addition to challenges brings many benefits but it is unclear how to achieve them. Cloud computing governance helps to create business value through obtain benefits from use of cloud computing services while optimizing investment and risk. Challenge, which organizations are facing in relation to governing of cloud services, is how to design and implement cloud computing governance to gain expected benefits. This paper aims to provide guidance on implementation activities of proposed Cloud computing governance lifecycle from cloud consumer perspective. Proposed model is based on SOA Governance Framework and consists of lifecycle for implementation and continuous improvement of cloud computing governance model.

Abstract. This research provides a theoretical conceptualization of SOA governance aspects that can be used to assess SOA governance practices and provide guidance to improve them. The review of IT and SOA governance shows that there are conflicting claims and inconsistency in the literature concerning the role of SOA governance. Moreover, there is no empirical evidence on the implications of the governance frameworks used for SOA and how they are working in the most effective ways. As a result, there is confusion in practice as the issues of SOA governance have not been successfully addressed. Based on an extensive analysis of major governance frameworks, a comprehensive list of key SOA governance aspects is proposed. This research will focus on the assessment of the importance of SOA governance aspects by finding the role of the governance framework during the different activities of SOA lifecycle and outlining the discrepancies between theory and practice.
