Abstract:Introduction: Cryptococcal meningitis, caused by the fungus Cryptococcus neoformans, is a rare opportunistic infection, mainly affecting immunosuppressed individuals. Among its less frequent but significant clinical manifestations are hearing loss and vestibular dysfunction, which impact patients' quality of life and require specific care.
