Auditors’ Reporting to Those Charged with Governance

Abstract: For audits of Public-Interest Entities (PIEs), the PIE Regulation introduced important new requirements regarding auditors’ reporting to those charged with governance – more specifically, auditors’ reporting to the audit committee in an additional report.
