Auditoria Odontológica: Incidência de Procedimentos Glosados nas Especialidades

Abstract

Abstract. The treatments offered by dentists in a dental cooperative in the period of January 2013 which had glossed procedures were analyzed. The objective was to verify the dental specialties that have higher and lower rate glossed procedures in the audit of a dental cooperative. It was verified that in Dentistry procedures found the most glosses index with 29%, followed by Prevention procedures, with 27%, and Periodontics, 21%. In contrast, Surgery, Prosthodontics and Endodontics had lower glosses index, with 3%, 2% and 2% respectively. The specialties of Dentistry, Periodontics and Prevention had a
