Atypical Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy Presentation in an Adult Patient

Abstract: Takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TSC) is a transient cardiac condition brought on by physical and emotional distress causing left ventricular akinesis. Typically, patients are older females that present with substernal chest pain radiating to the left arm, presenting similarly to acute coronary syndrome.
