The main objective of this work is to analyse interpretation research skills in the wine sector from a pedagogical approach. Our research demonstrates the importance of carefully planning an interpretation assignment in advance. We focus on anticipating the working conditions, duration, type of work, techniques, who the speaker is, facilities and equipment for the interpretation event, etc. But we also highlight the importance of using the appropriate resources. Bearing this in mind, in this chapter, we provide a full range of resources and interpretation tools that can be used when preparing an interpretation assignment which takes place in the oenological sector. Thus, the last aim of this work is to serve as a guide for those interpretation students or teachers who are willing to break into wine culture.
