Asked about the motivation as to why they would be willing to provide care to older people, the students gave the following responses: (i) they require care, (ii) I will also get old one day, (iii) it is my social task, (iv) they need to be supported more than others, (v) I want to empathize with the older individuals in my family, and (v) delivering services to older people gives me a feeling of personal dignity 6,16,26,29 .
